Meshing of floor panel using Hypermesh.

Aim: To mesh the given floor panel component according to the given quality criteria.

Quality Criteria:

Procedure:

• Open the given .hm file in Hypermesh with Optistruct

• Generate the auto mid surface
• Switch to topo mode and perform the geometry cleanup

• Assign thickness in property cards and material card to the component

• Now generate the 2D mesh with an element size of 5mm

• Now check the quality index with given quality parameters

Result & Conclusion:

• Performed meshing with the given parameters, assigned material & property cards, and quality criteria are checked.

Thus, meshing is done on the floor panel component using Hypermesh.
