Fender Design - Wheel Arch Challenge

EUROPEAN STANDARDS;
The clearance value "L" should be measured at sections SA-SA, SB-SB, SC-SC, SD-SD and SE-SE and create clearance check chart of the following.
At all the five sections the value of L should be greater than 10mm to satisfy the European Regulations.
The value of "a" should be more than 5mm at line 30degree forward and 50degree rearwards from the central vertical axis of the wheel.

JAPAN STANDARDS;
The clearance value of "L" for tire, hub, cap and fender is to be measured within an area K and create clearance check chart of the following data.
The value of “L” should be greater than 5 mm at all positions.
The value of "a" should be more than 5mm at line 30degree forward and 50degree rearwards from the central vertical axis of the wheel.

US STANDARDS;
The clearance value "L" is to be checked at all positions from -100degree to 100degree and create a clearance check chart of the following.
The value of “L” should be greater than 5mm to satisfy the US regulations.
The value of "a" should be more than 5mm at line 30degree forward and 50degree rearwards from the central vertical axis of the wheel
WHEEL ARCG MEASUREMENT BY EUROPEAN STANDARDS;

The clearance value “L” are;
Point A = 10 mm
Point B = 9.9949 mm
Point C = 0.1139 mm
Point D = 2.8875 mm
Point E = 5.9973 mm
Thus from the above values it is clear that the design if not fulfilling the European Standards of Wheel Arch.
Thus this design is not applicable.
