Fender Design

In the fender design firslty offset the curve around 5 mm downward to reduce the flange

then cut the flanges by making curves all around according to the mater section after that work on drip area according to the master section, in it I made the other flanges then make emboss using sweap command in catia v5 giving them fillets and making 2 holes for mounting

 

After that working on other area like bottom flanges as shown in picture below

After that we made tyre bottom flanges for mounting in there we do not give emboss because we need only mounting holes so I give 3and 4 holes as shown in picture below

After compleating all the flanges and mounting area I thick the whole surface with 0.75 mm thickness and give fillets to sharp edges.
