BACK DOOR ASSEMBLY

I attached 2 files plase make it one because file size is greater then 20MB so i convert it into 2.

First I started with inner pannel and I take the offset from a surface and then start with cutting flanges 

and making all the flanges and repair a surface at some places 

Also I made a tooling axis for the draft analsis and giving draft according to it.

Then after making flanges need to make sone surfaces and then making some cut outes 

after that i give reinforcement LH and RH and embosses for good fitment

 and after working on it I turned into outer pannel

for that first i repair the A surface of back door at some places

then after repair the A suraface goes to hamming process geometry and then offset a surface cut it to some distance 

then five a face blend to it

and then make the mirror geometry and ticken the surafce

after that comes to lower portion and than doing te same process just repair A surface and then goes to hamming process geometry 

After that i took the draft analysis of the inner pannel 

 

so at the end there are some mistakes like at the ends od  hamming geometry inner pannel goes out and will working on it for more better surafce and some for modifications on inner pannel
