Step 1- Invoke line command by typing 'L' in command box.

Step 2 - Specify first point, enter (2,1)

Step 10- type 'C' for close.

Step 3 - specify next point or [Undo]: enter (@3,0)

Step 4 - specify next point or [Undo]: (@0,4)

Step 5- specify next point or [Undo]: (@1,0)

Step 9 - specify next point or [Undo]: (@-3,0)

Step 10- type 'C' for close.

Result- Geometry is ready of given P-2, Its height is 7 units and width is 7 units at bottom and 3 at top.

2.(ii) Creation of geometries by Relative Polar cordinate system. This takes cordinate related to previous point of geometry, according to change in length and angle.

[For P-1 geometry]

Step 1- Invoke line command by typing 'L' in command box.

Step 2 - Specify first point, enter (2,1)

Step 3 - specify next point or [Undo]: enter (@6<0)

Step 4 - specify next point or [Undo]: (@1<90)

Step 5- specify next point or [Undo]: (@5<180)

Step 6- specify next point or [Undo]: (@4<90)

Step 7- specify next point or [Undo]:(@5<0)

Step 8- specify next point or [Undo]:(@1<90)

Step 9 - specify next point or [Undo]: (@6<180)

Step 10- type 'C' for close.

Result- Geometry is ready of given P-1, C-section is formed of outer length 6 units, and height 6 units and thickness 1 unit.

[For P-2 geometry]

Step 1- Invoke line command by typing 'L' in command box.

Step 2 - Specify first point, enter (20,1)

Step 3 - specify next point or [Undo]: (@3<0)

Step 4 - specify next point or [Undo]: (@4<90)

Step 5- specify next point or [Undo]: (@1<0)

Step 6- specify next point or [Undo]: (@4<270)

Step 7- specify next point or [Undo]:(@3<0)

Step 8- specify next point or [Undo]:(@7<100.945)

Step 9 - specify next point or [Undo]: (@3<180)

Step 10- type 'C' for close.

Result- Geometry is ready of given P-2, Its height is 7 units and width is 7 units at bottom and 3 at top.

3. Creation of geometries by Direct system. Geometry is drawn according to length and direction of cursor.

[For P-1 geometry]

Turn on the ortho mode.

Step 1- Invoke line command by typing 'L' in command box.

Step 2 - Specify first point, enter (2,1)

Step 3 - specify next point or [Undo]: position of cursor in X axis (6)

Step 8- specify next point or [Undo]: position of cursor in y axis (1)

Step 9 - specify next point or [Undo]: position of cursor in -X axis (6)

Step 10- type 'C' for close.

Result- Geometry is ready of given P-1, C-section is formed of outer length 6 units, and height 6 units and thickness 1 unit.
