Assignment 1-2D Meshing Challenge

Objective:

              To clean up the given geometry of the given models without any free edges and to mesh it and to apply proper thickness and property.

Procedure:

• At first understand the given models.
• Next go to geometry tab and find the quick edit there.
• After that select the filler surface option and select the nodel of the regions where we needs to be filled.
• Use this same method for filling all the missing surfaces.
• Next make sure there is no missing surfaces in the housing model.
• Next start meshing the component by pressing F12.
• After that check the Quality Criteria.
• By pressing F10 you will enter into the quality criteria.
• Now enter the quality criteria,

Result:

          The given models are cleaned without any free edges, meshed and property thickness assigned.
