Surface Meshing For Cylindrical Module Using ANSA

Objective:

To Create Surface Mesh to given Cylinder Model.

Procedure:

1. Convert Module Into PID Mode By clicking on the options on ANSA Interface.

2.Check For geometry Errors.

3. Assigning the boundery faces as shown in Screenshot.

4. To create mesh, need to change the Module from TOPE Mode to Mesh Mode.

5. Setup the Perimeter length, and SPOT MESH.

6. Change the element typre into TRIANGLE, and Element Size is 1mm.

7. Mesh has to check for errors and ensure that, no errors- Done.

Conclusion:

Surface Mesh For Given Module is Done.
