Parsing NASA thermodynamic data

i have written a program on parsing the NASA thermodynamic data file - "CHEMKIN-II" , so as to evaluate thermodynamic properties such as Cp(specific heat), H(enthalpy) and S(entropy) using polynomials, for each species specified in the data file. The code for the same has been attached below.
