OBJECTIVE : Meshing the components in the given above criteria.
- At first I look for the different components but it is seen that the model in is single component.
- Then I use split option to trim the surface in 4 parts.
- Then I use organise option and and create another component and move 1 surface to that component.
- Then I work on 1st component.
- Then i use defature option to defeature the surface fillets.
- Then i use offset option for manual mis surfacing.
- Then i mesh the componet.
- Then I work on 2nd component.
- Then i use defature option to defeature the surface fillets.
- Then i use offset option for manual mis surfacing.
- Then i mesh the componet.
- Then I work on 3rd component.
- Then i use defature option to defeature the surface fillets.
- Then i use offset option for manual mis surfacing.
- Then i mesh the componet.
- Then I work on 4th component.
- Then i use defature option to defeature the surface fillets.
- Then i use offset option for manual mis surfacing.
- Then i mesh the componet.
- Then i look for the quality criteria given and get the final model.
RESULT: GOOD MESH IS OBTAINED.
CONCLUSION: ABOVE CRITERIA MESH IS MAINTAINED.
