BAVARIAN MOTOR WORK M6 MESHING

OBJECTIVE:

To mesh the BMW M6 &clear the geometrical error make it as a plane for wind tunnel purpose

PROCEDURE:

• In this module lot of topological error by pressing f11 draw cons are selected,ENT !- hide the selected parts to view enable macros oN to delete the styling line , FACES -->INTERSECT select the cons to remove the unwanted faces ,delete the attachment of triple cons clean up & check it as in check manager ctrl +A show only all the error are shown in single cons
• New faces created in empty hole FACES -->NEW-->COONS middle mouse button to confirm
• For cut faces option to cut & paste or join the edges by topo options
• ctrl+shift+left mouse button to view a single cons and checks manager geometry to execute run again rectify the error

• In mesh mode length perimeter as 1mm to fine view set PID to name as body ,lights, tyre,grill,windows
• Ctrl+r module browser new to set a part show only set a new part from visible for each component given below

• Enable the wire frame mode select Ent to check the skewness error,wraping ,min &max length
• By using f11 shell propery set a value of 0.2 of min &max of 5. ,edit the quality criterian
• shell mesh -->Reconstruct drag over the part reduce the off values by pasting in grids elements to split &reduce the skewness
• After completing the off 0 nothing its shows as error single cons on top of the transform option enable ,copy select the mirror in 3 plane select x,y,z..points to symetry option
• same as tyre also i did a symetry 3 pionts to move a distance aligned it

As per given wind tunnel value by topo mode points-->realative -->points middle mouse button to create x,y,z values &CURVES-->new select one points to another 1-2

In surface --->right click -->plane -->relative points select x,y,z direction

The total length of the car is 1300.027

plane it will make a box select the faces --> intersect middle mouse button to build a triple cons to remove the unwanted faces to create a wind tunnel for using perimeter-->length select the edges put a values

spacing the column into 100 in mesh mode module appear into black colour it goes to mesh long time
