Modeling of the same assembly will be done by extracting mid surface by Manual and Automatic methods and meshing the whole component by achieving all the mentioned quality criteria parameters. Connections will be deployed in order to prepare model for NVH analysis.

Car seat structure assembly is very complex assembly in any automotive. There are lot of components present in this assembly such as Armrest, Backrest with lumber support, Headrest, Seat base, Seat track, etc. These components are connected together by using many connections such as bolts, rivets, seam weld and spring elements. The same connections can be deployed in ANSA Software also for various analysis such as NVH, Crash, Durability and Structural Analysis. To perform these analysis, the first task is to discretize the part into finite number of elements which is called Pre-processing or Meshing. ANSA is used for pre-processing an automotive seat structure and make the model ready for NVH Analysis in this project.
You will be provided with an CAD model of an IP substrate component. Modeling of the same component is to be done by extracting mid surface and meshing the whole component by achieving all the mentioned quality criteria parameters.
In this project you will be provided with Plastic component of the Car side door model, where you have to extract the Mid- Surface manually, followed by performing 2D mesh as per the Quality parameters mentioned.
You will be provided with an CAD model of an Automotive suspension assembly. Modeling of the same component is to be done by extracting mid surface and meshing, Volumetric meshing the few components by achieving all the mentioned quality criteria parameters. Also necessary connections between two components will be carried out with different techniques.
