Steps

1. The model recieved was checked for geometry errors.
2. The errors were identified using 'Checks Manager' and corrected.
3. Then the middle surface was extracted using offset option and a different PID was set for it.
4. The alignment of the holes were checked and corrected.
5. Then the middle surface was checked for geometry errors and necessary action is taken.
6. Also the ribs were made to intersect with the main part and necessary surfaces are created.
7. Now the meshing is initiated by setting the values in the 'Mesh Parametres' option and 'Quality Criteria' option.
8. The middle surface is splitted into ideal parts by using 'cut' option and the meshing is done part by part on those small surface parts.
9. Now the mesh is checked for the qualities and the errors are corrected.Mesh is checked using 'Surface Mesh Checks'.
