During this projectwork, the learners will prepare a plan for bridge construction with a 6-day working calendar and with WBS for identifying the problem, determining constraints, analyzing the design, designing the refinement, implementing the plan, construction, testing, and inception of the project.

In this project, the learners will prepare a plan for XYZ company for a cable-laying project. This project involves several work packages and activities. So, it requires resource optimization to reduce time and cost.
