Introduction

Hello Viewer, I am really excited to showcase my profile and skills I gained over year in the field of Vehicle Prototyping, Vehicle Dynamics, Chassis Design, Finite Element Analysis. I am a Mechanical Engineer graduated in 2019 with a CGPA of 7.69, I have a theoretical and hands on experience of Vehicle Dynamics -Suspension Mechanics - Ride Rate Calculations - Tyre Mechanics and Handling Characteristics along side having experience of FEA Analysis using Hypermesh as a (Pre) and Optistruct as a (Post)-Processor. Certification : *Vehicle Dynamics by using MATLAB/OCTAVE - SKILL-LYNC *Basics of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) by IIT-MADRAS -NPTEL   Current Company- Enigma Motors Pvt. Ltd. Application Engineer - VD Role - Designed Vehicle's DOF model for three Wheeler in Matlab Simulink which includes Suspension Geometry, Ride frequency of front and rear of the suspension in terms of vertical accelerations of sprung and un-sprung mass of the vehicle, Handling parameters, and Tyre Mechanics which is essential in choosing the right springs, dampers and fixing hard points of the suspension links. Design and Analysis of Suspension geometry based on packaging, dynamic behaviour of wheel with respect to ground. Suspension Geometry is being modelled in CATIA, and parallel simulating it in MSC Adams until we get desires characteristics of wheel motion. Performing Linear and Non-Linear Static-Transient Structural Analysis of Sheet Metal, Plastics and Tubular-sheet metal hybrid chassis frame for a three-wheeler electric commercial cargo vehicle. Pre-Processor: Hypermesh for 1D / 2D / 3D Meshing, Quality Mesh Criteria, Geometry Cleanup  Post-Processor: Optistruct for Model Setup and applying constraints Result Interpretation: HyperView for stress/displacements results and energy curve generation.   Previous Company -TATA Technologies Limited Simulation Intern Role - TTL is the Tata's Digital Manufacturing Wing which work on Industrial Automation Techniques like 3D Factory Simulations, Full working Paint Job Simulations, Robotic Arms Modelling and its Simulations, etc I have worked upon Defect Prevention Techniques in Assembly Line by using Digital Simulation Tools like CATIA-DELMIA, Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Siemens JACK Thankyou for spending some of your precious time in reading my profile.
