You will be provided with an CAD model of an IP substrate component. Modeling of the same component is to be done by extracting mid surface and meshing the whole component by achieving all the mentioned quality criteria parameters.
In this project, you will understand modeling of Material LAW-1- Elastic, LAW-2, LAW36 - Elastoplastic, and LAW-27-Brittle along with Johnson-Cook failure in Radioss. You will also understand XFEM formulation to understand the effect of cracking in the model.
Here, you will setup a reduced car model and perform a frontal crash analysis using hypermesh software and solve the model using RADIOSS solver. The model is checked for intersections and penetrations. Errors are debugged and the model is simulated.
In this project, you will be creating the geometry and setting up the cases for different angle of attacks in Converge Studio. And then simulating to analyze the drag and lift force experienced by an Airfoil at different angle of attacks.
In this project, you will be setting up the complicated case for Port Fuel Injection (PFI) engine and will be simulating to capture key events such as injection of spray, spark ignition, flame propagation and finally the emissions.
