About the Instructor:

  • Dr Amod Anandkumar is the Director of Curriculum and Applications at Skill-Lync where he is responsible for the overall curriculum roadmap, content quality, and technical delivery for Skill-Lync's skill enhancement programs spanning electronics and electrical domains including Autonomous and Electric Vehicles, Embedded Systems and MedTech. Previously, he was an Application Engineering Manager at MathWorks where he led multiple technical areas including AI, autonomous systems, model-based design, image & signal processing, VLSI, and wireless. Prior to this, he was a lead engineer with the Advanced Technology Group at Samsung Research India, Noida where he developed LTE physical layer algorithms and novel healthcare applications for smartphones. He was also a post-doctoral research fellow at the Biomedical Signal Analysis Lab, GE Global Research Bangalore, where he worked on ultrasound imaging and biomedical signal processing. Amod has a PhD from Loughborough University, UK and a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communications from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and is a senior member of the IEEE.
