Projects Overview

Project 1

Highlights

Model an apartment with 4 units on each floor (2- 3 BHK) of 7 storeys with stilt parking facility. Design and model the structural and HVAC elements as required.

1. Print BOQ and estimates from the model for different trades
2. Print layouts for floor plans trade wise and one including all trades
3. Print 3D views from different interior and exterior locations

Project 2

Highlights

Model one multi storeyed twisting tower with maximum architectural features.

1. Create a dynamo script to create multi storeyed complex structure.
2. Add façade design and other architectural features using massing.
3. Print 3D views from different interior and exterior locations. Create walk through videos as well as few exterior rendered images.
4. Prepare a report outlining the pros and cons of applying the BIM processes in this project. Sum up the challenges faced and how it can be rectified in future projects.

Dynamo

Dynamo is a graphical programming interface that lets you customize your building information workflow. This plug-in is used in Revit to automate the process by visual scripting.
